What costs extra? What if I cancel?
Custom domain registration and renewal, additional pages, custom design, ecommerce, live stock, private portals and extra updates are separately quoted. Your custom domain belongs to you. Hosting end dates and content export are agreed in writing. This is not lifetime free hosting.

Can I start using the software today?
We are inviting businesses to help shape the first pilot. The integrated software is in development. First we understand your workflow, then confirm what can be delivered and when. There is no instant software signup on this website.
Can I keep my current billing software?
We check its export and integration options first. Shops can discuss ALH billing or a supported connection. Cable operators can choose ALH monthly billing or collection-only records from MSO dues, so the same bill is not created twice.
What exactly is included with the website?
One template-based business page has no extra setup charge within the paid ALH package. Standard hosting is included while the subscription is active. A custom domain, extra pages and custom features are separate.
Will WhatsApp messages cost extra?
Applicable WhatsApp platform or provider charges and any included allowance will be shown in your quote. We do not promise free or unlimited automated messages. The planned service uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Does every customer get promotional messages?
No. Invoice and receipt delivery are separate from catalogue and offer messages. We agree customer permission and the message workflow before launch; promotions need the appropriate permission and platform approvals.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
Your agreement specifies subscription and hosting end dates, content/data export and deletion arrangements. A custom domain belongs to you. The included website does not include lifetime free hosting.
Are AI analytics and STB activation included?
Advanced AI analytics, churn prediction and autonomous agents are planned possibilities, not completed capabilities. Recording a payment does not activate an STB or update an MSO panel. Any supported integration must be checked and agreed separately.
What platform rules apply to WhatsApp?
The planned service uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Appropriate customer consent, Meta and provider policies, template approval where required, and applicable fees are part of the agreed workflow. Delivery is not guaranteed.
