This Privacy Policy explains how Automation Lifestyle Hub (“ALH”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when we provide WhatsApp automation and related services to local businesses. By using our website (automationlifestylehub.com) or our WhatsApp services, you agree to this policy.
Billing pilot enquiries and included websites
The integrated billing product is in planning and development. For an initial enquiry, share business contact details, current software and approximate transaction/subscriber counts. Do not send passwords, OTPs or a full customer list. Use blank or redacted sample invoices when discussing requirements.
Before real customer data is onboarded, the pilot agreement will define access, data handling, retention, export and deletion arrangements. Public business websites are intended for approved business information only; customer invoices, WhatsApp numbers, subscriber records and dues must not be published there. Customer messaging preferences and promotional permissions will be handled separately from the public website content.
Who we are
ALH is an automation service provider based in Andhra Pradesh, India. We help local businesses — cable operators, shops, aqua dealers and distributors — automate customer messaging, billing reminders and reports using the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us — your name, WhatsApp number and business details when you message us or request a demo.
- Business data provided by our clients — when a business engages us, they share their own customer lists (names, WhatsApp numbers, balances, plan or order details) so we can run their automation. For this data, the business is the data controller and ALH acts only as a processor on their behalf.
- Message content — messages exchanged over WhatsApp to deliver the service (e.g. reminders, order confirmations, support replies).
- Basic website analytics — privacy-first, cookie-less aggregate stats (page views); we do not track individuals across sites.
How we use information
- To send the messages a business has configured (bill reminders, Pay-Now links, order confirmations, offers, support replies).
- To maintain balances/khata and generate reports for the business owner.
- To respond to enquiries and provide demos you request.
- To operate, secure and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
WhatsApp & third-party processors
Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s terms. To run the service we may also use trusted processors such as workflow automation (n8n), spreadsheet/storage tools, and payment gateways (e.g. UPI, Razorpay, BillDesk) solely to carry out the functions described above.
Consent & opt-out
We message people on an opt-in basis and within permitted hours. You can opt out of a business’s messages at any time by replying STOP on that WhatsApp chat, or by asking the business directly. To ask about data a specific business holds, please contact that business (the data controller).
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as our client instructs, and as required by law. When a client relationship ends, we delete or return their data on request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard the information in our care.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Where the data belongs to a business we serve, we will forward your request to that business.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
