Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms govern the services provided by Automation Lifestyle Hub (“ALH”, “we”, “us”), a proprietorship firm operated by Durga Rao Bandaru from Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. By engaging our services or using automationlifestylehub.com, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these terms.

New Billing + WhatsApp pilot offer

The integrated retail/LCO billing product is in planning and development. An enquiry is not a purchase or a guarantee of feature availability. Before onboarding, a written pilot scope will confirm features, delivery milestones, acceptance checks, fees, support, applicable WhatsApp/provider charges and cancellation/refund arrangements.

Included website: one template-based, mobile-friendly business page at no extra setup charge with the paid package. This includes supplied business content, contact/map/WhatsApp links, selected catalogue or service information, Telugu/English as agreed, one initial correction round and standard hosting while the paid subscription is active.

Custom domain registration and renewal are separate and the domain belongs to the customer. Extra pages, custom design, ecommerce, live stock, private portals and changes beyond the agreed allowance are separately quoted. Hosting end dates and content/data export arrangements on cancellation will be recorded in the agreement; lifetime hosting is not included.

Each pilot must establish its billing source and messaging permissions. Invoice delivery does not automatically include promotional catalogue messaging. Payment records do not automatically activate an STB; supported MSO integrations require a separate scope.

Earlier automation services

The service descriptions and rates below describe the earlier automation offer, not the new integrated billing pilot. Existing agreed customer terms remain unchanged.

What we do

ALH sets up and runs automation for local businesses: WhatsApp payment reminders, digital records of who owes what, win-back messaging and reporting. We work alongside whatever billing system, MSO panel or software you already use. We do not replace it, and nothing needs migrating.

We never handle your money

This is the most important term on this page. Payments from your customers go directly from them to your own UPI ID or bank account. ALH does not collect, hold, route or settle any payment on your behalf at any point.

We are an automation service provider, not a payment aggregator, payment gateway or financial institution, and we are not authorised or regulated as one. We provide the reminder, the payment link that points at your account, and the record of what arrived. The money itself never touches us.

Fees

New customers are quoted in writing. Before onboarding we give you a written quote setting out setup, subscription, support and any WhatsApp/provider charges for your workflow. Nothing is payable until you have agreed that quote.

Earlier customers

If you signed up on the earlier automation offer, the rates you agreed continue to apply:

Cable operators (LCOs) were priced on subscriber count:

  • ₹3 per active connection per month, subject to a minimum of ₹599 per month.
  • No setup fee. Services begin on payment of 3 months in advance — ₹1,797 at the minimum of 200 connections.
  • After the advance period, billing continues monthly.
  • Where your connection count changes materially, the monthly fee is adjusted from the following billing month. We do not backdate increases.

Shops, salons, aqua dealers, distributors and other local businesses were priced on the published Starter plan: ₹4,999 setup plus ₹999 per month.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged where applicable. Third-party costs you may incur separately — WhatsApp Business Platform message charges, your own bank or UPI charges, domain or hosting fees — are not included in our fees.

Refunds

New customers: cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in your written agreement before you pay anything.

Earlier customers

  • Within 30 days of your first payment: if you are not satisfied, tell us and we refund the advance in full, no questions asked. You keep any subscriber list or records we built for you.
  • After 30 days: there is no lock-in. Cancel at any time and we refund any unused whole months remaining on your advance.
  • Timing: refunds are returned to the account you paid from within 7 working days of us confirming the request.

Refunds cover our fees only. We cannot refund third-party charges already incurred on your behalf, such as WhatsApp message fees.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee any particular amount of money collected, any recovery rate, or any specific business outcome. Any figures shown in a blueprint, health check, proposal or conversation are estimates based on the information you give us, offered to help you decide — never a promise of results.

This is not a disclaimer of effort but a statement of fact: what you actually collect depends on things only you control — whether reminders are approved and sent, whether bank messages are forwarded to us for matching, the accuracy of the data you provide, and whether your customers choose to pay. We guarantee our work and your satisfaction with it, which is what the refund above is for.

Your responsibilities

  • Accurate data. The customer lists, balances and amounts you give us are yours and are used as provided. We cannot verify whether a balance is correct.
  • Consent to message. You confirm you have the right to contact the customers whose numbers you give us, and that doing so complies with applicable law and with WhatsApp’s policies. Messages are sent from your own number or on your instruction; you remain the sender.
  • Approval before sending. Where the service is approve-and-send, nothing goes to your customers until you approve it. Content you approve is your responsibility.
  • Lawful use. Our services may not be used for spam, harassment, intimidation in the course of collection, misleading claims, or anything unlawful.
  • Access and cooperation. Providing the exports, access and responses we reasonably need in order to run the service.

Your data stays yours

Customer lists and business records you provide remain your property. For that data you are the controller and ALH acts only as a processor on your instructions. On cancellation you may request an export of your data, and we will delete our working copies on request. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Confidentiality

We treat your subscriber lists, pricing, collection figures and business information as confidential and do not share them with other clients or third parties, except where required by law or where a processor is needed to deliver the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Cancellation and suspension

You may cancel at any time; refunds are as set out above. We may suspend or end a service where fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice, where the service is being used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, or where continuing would put us in breach of a third-party platform’s rules. Where we end a service without cause, we refund unused whole months.

Service availability

We depend on services we do not control — WhatsApp, UPI, banks, your MSO’s systems and internet connectivity. We work to keep everything running and will tell you promptly when something is not, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages originating with those providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost collections or business interruption.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Where a change materially affects an existing client, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you may cancel under the refund terms above if you do not accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides agree to first try to resolve the matter directly — a phone call has settled more disputes in this business than anything else.
